These posters were displayed in the exhibition hall of the U.S. Capitol Building in Washington, DC, as part of an interactive exhibit highlighting the use and benefits of Item Unique Identification (IUID) barcodes to identify and track critical government and military assets. Sponsored by U.S. Senator, Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island, the event allowed military and government officials in attendance to scan several IUIDs attached to two of the foam core placards and observe how A2B asset management software recorded the data. One of the pieces shown here (it brings to mind the final scene in an Indiana Jones movie) stretched my Photoshop talents to the new heights, literally. When appealing to office holders on Capitol Hill, the use of commercial logos and promotional language is prohibited.
